Aviation Hosting Agreement

This page outlines the terms of participation in the MotionInfo Aviation Network hosting program. By hosting MotionInfo monitoring equipment, participating airports receive complimentary access to the Aero Ops 360 dashboard, including live aircraft tracking and a rolling seven (7) days of operational history.

MotionInfo and Host agree to the following:

  1. Host will provide a location for and install or continue to host MotionInfo ADS-B monitoring equipment.
  2. In return for hosting the equipment, MotionInfo will provide Host with access to the Aero Ops 360 dashboard, including live aircraft tracking and a rolling seven (7) days of operational history.
  3. MotionInfo will provide the equipment, remote monitoring, software updates, and reasonable technical support. Host will provide internet connectivity and power required for operation of the equipment.
  4. All equipment remains the property of MotionInfo. Host may relocate the equipment if necessary but agrees not to open, modify, or alter the equipment. Relocation or modification may affect performance and may require replacement equipment.
  5. MotionInfo retains ownership of all data collected by the equipment and reserves the right to use, distribute, license, or provide such data to third parties.
  6. MotionInfo provides the dashboard and data for informational purposes only. The system is not intended for air traffic control, navigation, safety-of-flight, or operational decision making. Data availability may be affected by weather, power outages, internet outages, aircraft transponder operation, equipment placement, and other factors outside MotionInfo’s control.
  7. MotionInfo will hold Host harmless for failures of the hosted equipment. MotionInfo reserves the right to decline replacement of equipment that is lost, stolen, intentionally damaged, or repeatedly relocated in a manner that prevents reliable operation.
  8. This agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by either party. Upon termination, Host agrees to return all MotionInfo equipment. MotionInfo will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
  9. MotionInfo may identify Host as a participant in the MotionInfo Aviation Network unless Host requests otherwise in writing.
  10. Terms of this agreement may be modified only with written approval of both parties.
